We need your input! North Hills residents in the area known as “Woodley Hills” would like to leave North Hills and become Northridge. They have gathered the required number of signatures to move forward with the move – but we need to weigh in…
Do you agree? Do you support the move? How will it affect you and your property values? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below.
We will be discussing and devising a Community Impact Statement for consideration by City Council during our September 20th, 2011 meeting. Please join us.

I believe that the gates keeping neighborhood residents out of the park when the library is closed are part of the problem. I think that for this activity to be ameliorated the park needs heavier use by law abiding citizens. Perhaps designating part of the park as an off-leash dog park would also help keep unsavory types out of the park. Maybe drug users would not feel so comfortable conducting their activities if there were dogs and people around. Short of this, we must find some way to encourage/entice our community to spend more time there. Perhaps we should have a community day in the park or something.
hello, i would like to address some serious issues with the midvalley regional library park: drug sale and use, graffiti, and loitering. how can we resolve some of these issues?
